We have been engaged on medium to long-term interim placements that have required specialist finance, leadership and operational skills and for one-off projects like reviewing the operational structure of a team or preparing strategic plans and budgets. We have also been engaged to provide ongoing coaching in how to convert plans into reality.
Because everyone fails and everyone makes mistakes and people have a finite capacity, both physically and mentally, 57Dots can fill in when extra help is needed.
Listening is a big part of how we work. Through actively listening we learn about you and your requirements. Then if we can help, we apply our accumulated experience, education and knowledge to formulate solutions.

Why 57?
The Story of 57... Why the number 57? It could be a mysterious and compelling tale, but the reality is that it came about from adding the birth dates of four people - my two daughters, my wife and me. 7 + 17 + 9 + 24, and yes, we have 57.
Why the DOTS...?
What About the DOTS... Any name, if marketed properly, can become a household name. Nike - being a minor Greek god. Reebok - a South African Antelope. Apple was a fruit first. Virgin, well we know that evolution. Dreams are free.
